That's Chief Pa to you!!

Mason's Pa (my dad) was sworn in this week as Beavercreek's new chief of police! It is such a great honor and we are all so proud of him! He always gives 150% in all he does and there is no one more deserving of this position than him! Family, friends, co workers, council members and half the town came to show their support during the ceremony! It was such a great moment for our family! Congrats Dad!! We love you and are SO VERY Proud! Especially Mason....who got a special shout out and cameo appearance during Dad's speech...it was quick....but not quick enough...Mason still managed to steal the ink pens out of Pa's shirt pocket!! :)

 And no celebration is complete without yummy treats!!! Mason and I made star sugar cookies! We frosted them with blue icing but with all of the craziness I forgot to get a finished pic!!

We celebrated Father's Day this year by taking a dinner cruise in Cincinnati! Mason is getting over an ear infection so he was a little crazier than usual! But dinner was great and we all had fun! Mason loved watching the smaller boats go by AND he got to visit the captain of our "ship"! He thinks we were on a pirate ship! haha!
