This stuff is SUPER filling and so good! One pot feeds our family (2 adults and a 1 picky toddler) for 5 meals (2 dinners and 1 lunch)
3 strips of bacon (cooked)
2 cans of creamed corn
16oz frozen diced potatoes
1 pt light cream
1 cup chicken broth
6 saltine crackers (crumbled)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c diced onion
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low 3-4 hours or until potatoes are tender. Enjoy with dinner rolls and some extra cheese on top :)
